    Hello, can anybody tell me how to get support from microsoft so they can ban an account because the account is abusing me and my friends.

    It said you cannot sign in to Xbox live on any other device permanently but also said I'm able to play multiplayer after the ban

    how can I do a case review

    I just need to know if there's any way to get somebody to look at this again? How can you add another ban on top of a ban when I couldn't even play during the first ban.

    How can you ban a player on xbox

    Hi there.

    The best thing to do is to go to the player's profile on Xbox Live and use the following features:

    1. "File a Complaint" - this will forward your complaint to the XBLPET team (Enforcement Team) who will review the details and if necessary, issue a suspension.
    2. "Block communications" - this will prevent the player from communicating with you, via message, party chat, etc.

    Then it is in the hands of the Enforcement Team who will deal with it. They won't necessarily tell you an outcome due to privacy regulations.

    As Eden said the best thing you can do is to Block and report the user who is harassing you.

    ^ please be more clear about your post. i've probably spent a couple hundred bucks through various services like psn or xbl money cards over the years, rather than using a credit card. and i'm sure i've used some of that credit for kind of in game purchasing
    one time or another...
