    How can you actually speak to a human being?!!!!


    I have tried every way including the virtual agent (which is not working so and keeps saying there is an error on their end) The phone numbers just send you to websites so are completely useless. Fedex are unable to deliver an item i ordered due to microsoft using incorrect postage. My parcel is now being held in france and fedex say it will not be delivered. So Microsoft have my money, i don't have and will not be recieving my item and apparently i have NO way to contact microsoft to get my money back! What kind of useless company has no actual human beings working in customer support!!!

    My order was placed on June 19th...it's now July 29th.

    How can you actually speak to a human being?!!!!

    That is just a link to an automated response chat, NOT a person. It does not recognise my issue at all and just tries to send me to the same links i have already tried. Please do not respond unless you have an actual contact number, chat link or email address that connects me to a human being.

    Like i said. I have tried EVERYTHING. the problem is on their end. Virual chat is not working, call back is not working. Regardless, i should be able to phone the company that has my money and talk to a PERSON.

    As i stated the request a call back DOES NOT WORK. just a message saying "something is wrong on our end" for two days straight. I literally cannot contact anyone at microsoft in any way.

    Support no longer uses direct number or email address. The only way to contact them is by requesting a call back or chatting with them on the support site.
