How can we sign in to Minecraft using Microsoft account

Do not worry if you have already purchased Minecraft in your account because the license of the game will be automatically linked to your account. Our focus now is to resolve the signing issue with your Microsoft account.

By the way, what do you mean by you can sign your account without an issue if you choose Mojang login option? Are you using your Microsoft account to sign in?

Additionally, to check if there is an issue with your Microsoft account, please sign in your account through this link and tell us if you can sign in just fine. Sign in your account here.

For the meantime, check if you have signed in the same Microsoft account in Microsoft Store and Xbox app and try signing in your account in Minecraft Launcher. This is to make sure your permissions for the game can be validated, be sure to sign in to both the Store and the Xbox app using the same account that was used to purchase the game.

We understand that you need help to recover your Minecraft account that was associated to the Gmail account that was deleted. I just want to set your expectation with this kind of issue specially recovering a deleted account that we don't have any option here to recover a deleted account.

You may try to sign-in use the Gmail account how you used to sign in before and if doesn't try to sign-in using the hotmail account.
