How can someone being called “SLO” not go against the guidelines for Xbox?

I had a player call me “SLO”. I reported it to Xbox live for misconduct of the guidelines and nothing was done. But I call that players move a “[mod removed] move” and it goes against the guidelines. Please someone explain why this is ok but can’t call a players moves in the game a “[mod removed] MOVE”.

Hello Thomas, this forum is public viewing and unfortunately as independent consultants we do not have access there is some report data or which words and phrases are offensive.

What I can imagine is that the word in question can have so many meanings in several languages, or not have enough context to mean something.

I'm confused how calling someone racist for being racist is against the TOS but being racist and calling me a monkey is not? How is the not a breach of the safety I was guarenteed when I even accepted the terms of conduct.

And now I’m being told it was due to violations of community guidelines, how would I violate guidelines when I’m banned and can’t communicate. This is actually crazy, I can assume new channels will eat up these screenshot of me being called the n-word. 13 years you play on Xbox only to be permanent banned for some nonsense.
