    I was seen that it's possible to have the USB adapter for kinect if you already have the first xbox one and kinect, that's my case. I have bought a new xbox one s, how can i obtain this adapter?

    Yes, it's free if you own the Xbox One. Go to
    devicesupport.microsoft.com     and make sure you have registered the serial numbers of your Xbox One, Kinect and Xbox One S to your account.

    Then contact phone/chat support and they will help you arrange for delivery of the adapter.

    You can contact them here:
    support.xbox.com/contact-us

    Select either 'chat with Xbox support' or the phone option.

    the Kinect port was removed from the Xbox One S please see the link below for details on how to obtain the adapter. Also if you have an original Xbox One and Kinect registered against your account you should for a limited time be able to get this for free.
