How can my son GAME on XBOX and not get into my one drive documents

Wel two things first children should be on a child controlled account with an adult account with parental .controls turned on

Second Xboxes can't read documents he needs a laptop or computer to get into one drive he needs your password

Unless you are allowing him access to use your Xbox account on your pc which is never good security practice

He can have an child account

My son is already defined as family on my xbox account. We are on an Xbox 360, not an Xbox One.

We have already attempted to complete the support document telling you how to create a subscription on your sons account. No payment option shows even though one is defined. When selecting join, no action occurs.

I was wondering if you may assist me- My son's xbox one he was not sure what he was doing and he shared his home with another kid online and now any online game my son purchases this other kid gets for free. how do i reset my son's xbox one

This is as it stands now on the 360: Both I and my son have Xbox Live individually. We both have downloadable content and we both have games, some we share and some we don't. Right now my son takes his games and his jump drive with him wherever he goes
so he has his profile and saved games. He plays on a 360 console at his grandmothers (the Star Wars console) and he has a 360 console at my house and another one at his mom's house. Are the Xbox One profiles kept completely in the cloud or are they stored
on the individual hard drives of the consoles? If we were to get a console to have at another household (so one stays here and I can use it with my profile) will my son need to (or be able to) put his profile on a jump drive (or external hard drive) or will
he simply be able to pull it from the cloud where ever he's at?

It is kinda strange that for media I can use the harddrive, but for documents it needs to be formatted. Why?

I do understand if I want to have my games that HDD must be formatted. But for media?

I do not want to buy another external drive to have for my documents separetely. Have anybody tried it?
