    how can my son get banned a second time when already banned , just cause he as all top games and is not aloud to gameshare some kids don't like it and start saying things mainly about his dad who as had cancer and they said he should of died or about his
    mum calling her names which cant be texted so my son says something as any other person would and gets banned for it , xbox one rules are the pits to say the least , I am trying to talk my son into going back on PS4 as they are a lot better at looking at both
    sides of the story instead of taking someone word straight away when they don't even no who they are talking to or why

    The rules are the same on PSN.

    The enforcement team do look at both sides & will take action against the other person if needed,

    Any reports filed against someone need to be thoroughly investigated before any action is taken which takes time.

    Your son would of been suspended again for something he did several weeks ago,not while he was suspended the first time.

    If someone is abusive over xbox live then report & block them.If you do have to retaliate then do so in a way that does not violate the ToU/CoC.

    My son was banned in December and has not been on his account since then. But in the mean time he has been banned 2 more times. How can you be banned when you have not been online? We all need to report this to the better business bureau and possibly a class
    action suit against XBOX Live and Microsoft. They are stealing money from parents and more specifically children. How low can you go. And as for getting trolled, it was probably an employee of Microsoft that trolled you into your ban.

    It says that it is under review do you know usually how long that takes? It's been roughly 4 hours. I still don't understand though why I was banned for something a 2nd time when I was already banned for it and severed my time on it.
