How can my girlfriend get a suspension repealed

My girlfriend was added by someone she was playing with in gta online when another person added her and said not to talk to or play with their friend and proceeded to harass and spam her and repeatedly call her profanities but my girlfriend got suspended
for simply telling said person to f-off I feel like this is completely unfair as it allows people to bully and harass and go unpunished while punishing the party being bullied in harassed with a ban

Hi there. As a female gamer, I can definitely agree with your girlfriends response. However, the best thing to do to avoid this in the future is simply, ignore, mute, report, block. Your girlfriend will need to visit the enforcement team where she can
discuss her ban and maybe the enforcement team can do something about this. We cannot do anything here on the forums. You can visit the enforcement website

Your girlfriend will need to submit a Case Review via the Enforcement Website. I would suggest in the future that she familiarise herself with the Community
Standards / Code of Conduct and just report/ block and not respond with a message containing profanity as the rules apply to all and I am sure appropriate action would be taken against the person harassing and spamming her by the Enforcement team if they
were reported.

i was told to come here by Xbox support & they would email or reply back. Guess that was another lie. Is there a forum, email, or anywhere else they can be reached. My third suspension won't show on the page that shows suspension history. I did get suspended
for repealing as it didn't happen until I repealed & I guarantee it wouldn't have if i never repealed. If you can link me to somewhere useful that would be nice.

Nope you only have one option and that's the enforcement page

You will need to request a case review using the
Xbox Enforcement web site. Nobody outside of the enforcement team can help with your issue.
