    How can microsoft/xbox treat consumers like this?


    Please explain how, with a straight face, microsoft/xbox can charge $65ea on avg for wireless controller, KNOWING the thumbsticks will malfunction if function at all between 3-4mo, and they respond, sorry no warranty you can purchase new controller in
    store....so basically saying in order to play their game system, plan to purchase new controller about every 4mo at $65ea on avg, especially when they are completely aware the internal parts that malfunction are not the quality they COULD pr SHOULD be considering
    fact of coast being $65ea on avg....something needs to happen

    Microsoft didn't change a damn thing!

    I knew they weren't going to change anything. I'm hoping they fail huge and set an example for how not to treat consumers.

    Contact Xbox Support     regarding this issue. You can always Request a callback or Request to chat with an agent.
    Thank you, and that is exactly what I did. This is a Ring Around the Rosie type of Help.

    This is how I was treated by doing exactly that. How many will I talk to. How many will pass this on to Microsoft in order for them to look at this Glitch?

    Is there No number where we can call Microsoft? And doesn't that seem ODD to anyone?

    I guess Xbox, and Microsoft doesn't care about it's consumers because it's so large who cares right?

    I just can't wait until Microsoft's heavy-hitter franchises like Halo and Fable are revealed as they will have the bigger budgets and undoubtedly the better graphics of the bunch. Fable Legends is already confirmed to be using UNREAL ENGINE 4 which will
    be an amazing visual treat for consumers.

    has IW totally given up fixing this game?

    After all of IW/Activision's past history with broken games, non-support of games, no matter how much I like the COD series, I won't be putting any more money in their pockets! I don't know which is worse, paying $60 and getting screwed by the developers
    or the people who keep supporting the developers!

    Too bad they treat the consumer like they do, but it is also too bad the consumer continues to allow it.
