    How can I view the XBox Games with Gold I've purchased when I don't have access to an Xbox?


    So, I've not had access to an Xbox for a good while, but I do have an XBox Live account and make sure to check and "purchase" my "free" Games with Gold titles o a regular basis. However, I'm flabbergasted that there's apparently no way to see a list ANYwhere
    of the games I've "purchased" with Games with Gold. They don't show up in the Xbox app on my Windows 10 PC, and my order history when I log in to a web browser only shows my XBox Live subscription renewal.

    I find this EXTREMELY alarming. I've been doing my due diligence to make sure I have a decent Xbox library when / if I'm able to get an Xbox One console again, but have no way to know or confirm what games I actually have.

    Sadly, none of the titles are play anywhere, so I won't be able to run them until I get an Xbox, it seems. Can anyone tell me where to access / view my complete collection of Xbox games without using an Xbox?

    Can't play online even though I have Gold

    I recently purchased an Xbox 1 and received a 14day Xbox gold trial. I've redeemed the code and it says I have Gold but yet when I go onto fifa or try to play other games online it says I don't have access to this option prompting me back to the area with
    the three different monthly options for purchasing gold! What can I do? It's very frustrating especially when it is telling me I have Gold membership but I clearly don't. Anyone else have a problem like this?

    What steps are required to allow my son to play games online with his friends

    I have Xbox live account for my son and myself - my account is mainly to manage my sons access.

    I purchased an XBOX live gold membership so that my son can play games online with his friends. Whenever he attempts to join in with the games he is told he needs XBOX live gold membership to do so! The settings on the console are such that he is not allowed
    to make purchases, and cannot purchase gold membership.

    It would seem that the gold membership is solely for me (I don't play online) - is this true?

    How do I provide him access to gold so he can play with his friends?

    I can try contacting Microsoft Store Support again. However, when I contacted them the first time, they wanted to send me back to the store, as they don't have access to purchases I made in-store. They can only view purchases I've made through the online
    store. It wasn't until I suggested Xbox Support, that they gave me that as an option.

    why?

    when you purchase a free "Games With Gold" game on xbox 360, you get the license permanently, even if your xbox live gold subscription expires.

    on xbox one, you can also access all of your free purchased Games With Gold (they are all Backwards Compatible), however you need to have an active xbox live gold subscription to be able to play them.

    if you are currently not subscribed to a gold account, then all you would have to do is re-subscribe and you will have access to any of the Games With Gold games you have previously purchased.

    My region is Hungary , yes I am a gold member. When I try to look at my subscriptions on the xbox one in the options i get this error code: 0x80bd0006

    I can play multiplayer , I can get the gold offers , gold games , but I can't view my subcriptions in the options and I can't view the gold section on the home screen. On the home screen it says: sorry there was a problem opening this page. If I go to the
