    How can I use Xbox Console Companion to talk on the Xbox One?


    What I want to know is, whether starting a party or in a party, how I can talk using my PC headset using these.

    At Taskbar icon > Sound my headset is default playback and recording device. In Settings > Privacy > Microphone each app is given access.

    How do you use Push to Talk in the xbox console companion app? I don't see an option for this.

    I'm talking about the new Xbox app for Windows 10, not the Xbox Console Companion app. The Xbox Console Companion app works fine. I am talking about this version of the Xbox app. To answer your question, I have version 48.76.8001.00000 of the Xbox Console Companion app. That version number seems to be higher than the one on the page you linked.

    There is not an option for push to talk on the xbox companion app on pc.
    Does anyone know of any software for Windows 10 that will allow PTT while using the Xbox console companion?
