    I'm changing my xbox 360 to the xbox one. and does not respect my ultimate team account. I would like to know how I can recover my account to use it and not start from scratch

    Free the email on this account.

    I'm stuck on how to completely delete this xbox live profile, i do not use it anymore and would like to use the email from this account and use it for another one so i can play some MLG, i made this account when i was like 12, so a decent 6 years ago and
    completely forgot about it and made a new one with my spare email address.

    Is it possible to delete this gamertag, then use the email address (which i'm guessing will not be associated with an xbox live profile.) on my current account?

    Hey Krittament!

    There is no way to graduate a Microsoft account to an adult. What can be done is go into the

    privacy and online settings     from the adult account and change the settings. Give it a shot and keep us posted!

    Parent account lost

    When I try to upgrade my account to gold membership, it takes me to the new terms of use and asks for my parental account to accept. It gives me a login that does not show me my parental account email. How can I find my parental account email address?
    If I had it I'm sure I'd know the security question and be able to reset the password.

    This can only be done to child accounts, we can't do it on a Family Organizer account.

    You, can, however, use your router's parental settings to apply some rules, like connection time limit to your console via schedule pauses.

    I can't rememer my parent account

    That blows...how the hell can I cancel my xbox live membership for this account then. I dont feel like payingfor something can't even use. It wont even let me cancel the membership because it wants parental account to do it.
