How can i use mu Sunset Overdrive save on pc?

Purtroppo non essendo Microsoft non è multi piattaforma, nonostante si nel Gamepass dovrai iniziarlo nuovamente, perché è considerato come gioco da un'altra piattaforma. Mi dispiace, ho avuto problemi simili

if thats the case then why does halo MCC (not a play anywhere title) let you load up the save from xbox on pc either through windows store and even steam.
