    How can i use a email to unlock my locked xbox account?


    My account got locked and when i try to get a code from my number it tells me that it’s temporarily down. I want to use an email to unlock it but i cant seem to find it anywhere to use my email.

    Yes i’ve tried but it gives me “Something went wrong” whenever i click next to get a code.
