    Hello SMALLZY, sorry to hear you're having trouble.

    I see you're using an older nonexistent email for your account. If you're able to log in to your account at https://account.microsoft.com then you can change your primary email from there. However, if you do have your account access along with security information you may be able to get help via chat by logging in to https://support.xbox.com and click on Contact Us.

    If I'm not mistaken, you can change the email associated with a Gamertag without losing anything.
