How can I unlock my account?

I'm locked out of my microsoft account. I have my mother's old phone number linked to the account. I've since lost the phone number, as she passed away back in 2020. I never had any issues signing in up until a few months ago. I tried signing in, spaced out the password, and locked myself out. Now, I can't even sign into games I've played on my old microsoft account. I've tried using their account recovery form, but I can't even use that because it comes back denied every time. Is there a way I can email them or talk to a representative live to get my account back? Or is there a method I'm not seeing to getting my account back? This has been really aggravating, as I'm literally just trying to play games.

I have any due info for the old account, aside from a card or purchases, as the cards have been cancelled due to disputed charges, or per request of my grandfather (I was young, I used my grandpa's card and my mom's phone number).

I can't contact support though, as if I do they just redirect me to the account recovery form.

Bear in mind, I had to make this email in compensation, I had it as a backup and now I can't even use my main one.

That doesn't help my issue, as it's the same issue as I'm having here on microsoft, however Xbox was the only subject from the dropdown list that made sense.
