how can i unlock my account from an agent keepin it locked

No problem i hope this is just a bug and would be fixed btw i made a sugestion so Xbox Support Agent can have the Abillity to unlock account and lock it is that a good idea ?

Why are there microsoft agents locking and unlocking this post ?

I ain't locked from my account, but I am locked from Microsoft Services. I have to input a phone number and verify my account to unlock it, but when I try to unlock it a while later, it is locked again and I have to verify using a phone number again. (Basically
I am in an infinite, and annoying loop...)

I got error code 80151012 and I looked it up and it says my account is locked how do I unlock it
