    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    You need to ask an adult to do so. Ask an adult to sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and then add you as a member, once you’re added as a member they will sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings so they can manage your account settings.

    Because Xbox 360 edition for minecraft is not supported anymore, I think you are only able to play local co-op instead of online multiplayer. I could be wrong though. If minecraft Xbox 360 does support multiplayer co-op, then the problem could be that
    your kids have child accounts and their permissions for online multiplayer is turned off. I hope this helps!
