    How can I turn off Parental Controls?


    Hey, got a question about Parental Controls. When I first got my Xbox One my niece was underage and wanted to play on my system. I set her up with an account and put her on my Family tag so I could monitor what she was playing. Now she is seventeen and
    I don't need the Parental Controls on her account anymore. Problem is, I can't change her status and my Family tag has been deleted. Can anyone help me figure out how to fix this issue?

    Changing my age ?

    You cannot change the age but you can turn off Parental Controls. See:
    support.xbox.com/.../parental-control     for the steps (that document tells you how to turn them on but it is the same steps for turning them off... You can see the Off option in the image).

    Forza Horizon 3 parental settings

    How can i turn off parental settings in Forza Horizon 3, because i can't play online.

    It says:

    This feature is blocked per your Xbox Live parental control settings.

    Please help me, i cannot play online while i am don't turn it off.

    You cannot change the age but you can turn off Parental Controls. See:

    For us to better assist you, can you provide us a short summary of your concern regarding with parental control in Forza Horizon 3?
    when I want to choose one of the car projects I get a message that parental control is turned on and I have no idea how to turn it off, although no one has ever given me any control. I would like to get some tips on how to turn it off.

    Just a heads up, if your account is part of a family group, only the parent account can change the settings on the account.

    Hi there! This is Ronnie, your fellow Xbox gamer.

    Nice to meet you and I hope you are having a great day!

    I understand you need help with your settings.

    Please access them here:

    https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Settings?rtc=1&a...

    And add the child account from here.

    Once the invite has been accepted by the child account, go back to the parent account.

    Please check if all your Privacy & Online safety settings are set to Allow/Everybody.

    You can also toggle on the settings to be sure (Set to friends then back to Everybody) and submit changes.

    Sometimes it takes some time for the changes to apply.

    Please wait about 10 minutes and you should be all set.

    Please also remove and redownload your profile from the device.
