My microsoft account is apart of a family, where this account is a child account and another account is the parent. I am now 19 and am trying to buy a game off the microsoft store but it says I need to ask permission before buying. The catch is that the parent account linked to my account no longer exists. So I am unable to buy games off the microsoft store and also unable reach the parent account to fix the problem. Is there a way for me to get taken out of the family account, or atleast be able to buy games???
