How can I transfer saved game data to a new child account?

So I created an account for each of my kids so it frees up my account. All of their saved games are currently under my account, as they have been using it for a while now. What do I have to do for them to have access to their game data under their accounts?

I can see the data files when logged under their names which matches what I see when I log in, but when I start up a game, Minecraft for instance, it doesn't show any previous saves. There has to be a way to do this, I just cannot figure it out.

Transfering Game Credits from a USB Memory stick to Xbox Memory

I purchased the new Xbox the other day and I transfered all my game credits, data, etc. on to a memory stick to transfer it over to the new Xbox. The only problem is that the system is telling me that they have to configure the USB memory stick (which will
wipe out any exsisting data ) in order to use it.

Does anyone know how I can transfer over this information to my Xbox without it erasing everything off of the USB? Or how can I access all my saved data on to my computer?

I was wondering how do we transfer saved data from an Xbox to a new one ?

I plan to buy the Xbox X (Scorpio), thus I would like to be sure that I would be able to get my saved data back on the new console. Is all the cloud stuff fully automatic now ?

Was finally able to talk to a MS rep who told me the samething.

My next question though is, what happens with the extra items I purchased? I purchased one of the Minecraft bundles under my account. The children accounts can play the base game, but EVERYTHING else I paid for is not accessible to their accounts. Is MS
really going to try and make me pay 2, 3 times for the same content???? Or am I missing something? Help would be appreciated again

 

The ability to share some in-game content is up to the developers. Unfortunately not everything can be shared by all accounts and in those situations the content would have to be purchased again for any accounts that want to use it.
