How can i transfer Minecraft Legacy Edition worlds from one account to another account?

I believe it is not possible to transfer Minecraft worlds from one account to another. The worlds are saved locally on your computer or device and are associated with the account that created them.

For the legacy edition they are stored in the cloud from what i can see, because when i use another xbox with another copy of the game it synchronizes them from somewhere in the cloud.

Yes, that's correct. This means that you should be able to access your worlds on any device that you are signed in to with your Microsoft account. However, it's not possible to transfer it to a different account.

You can only transfer your world from Minecraft 360 Edition to Minecraft One Edition to (new) Minecraft.

Which Minecraft version do you use? For example, Minecraft 360 Edition in (new) Minecraft is not possible.

Only Minecraft 360 Edition to Minecraft One Edition and Minecraft One Edition to
(new) Minecraft

Minecraft 360 Edition and Minecraft One Edition are out of support and now the Legacy Editions. New Minecraft is the Bedrock Edition

In this case you can transfer worlds worlds from Minecraft Xbox 360 Edition to Minecraft Xbox One Edition or/and Minecraft Xbox One Edition to Minecraft.
