How can I transfer already paid for content to another account?

I bought some DLC for Saints row The Third a While ago on another account (v TraquizR) but it got banned and I was wondering if I am able to download and use the DLC on my current account without buying it again?

Transferring saved games

Content licences are for every downloaded item, not just Arcade games.

How you do a license transfer is in the link OwenKiller already posted, under the heading "Can I transfer a content licence from one Xbox 360 console to another?".

 

Moving to the US

You cannot transfer ms points or g points from one account to another one.

For your downloaded contents which you paid for, you can buy an HDD transfer cable and you can transfer datas to your new HDD.

 

No you can't.When an account is banned you lose any dlc,remaining live time etc. tied to that account.

It does tell you this in the terms & conditions when you start your acount.

as Long as you are using the same xbox i assume you would be able to use your Content as licenses are still stored there. but i may be wrong, i dont know if they revoke licenses on account bans.
