How can i transfer all my microsoft account data to another one?

Dear Microsoft:

I have a problem...

It's that i have an Xbox and i have an account from my school, Plus: when i graduate to the U, my school account will be deleted. My school account is not from microsoft. And, i have another account that i created and it's personal and not from the school. So i need ur help to teach me how to transfer all my school account data to the personal one.

So please, Respond this.

The Xbox account and the Microsoft account are basically one in the same. You cannot seperate them. All of the Xbox purchases and data are forever tied to the Microsoft account and nothing can be transferred to another account.

Just wow. Since I can't modify the original birthday all I can do is to create another account? I don't have words to explain how totally dumb is this.

If I create another account, is there a remote possibility to transfer all game data (savegames, achievements...) on the new one? I guess not...
