    how can i tell if i have elite sub?

    i bought hardened edition. i got an email to my old email address saying i got a yr of elite premium or whatever its called. my xbox goes by a different email address so how can i tell if i have the free edition or payed? i cant play anything on elite tv.
    any info would be great thanks.

    I have returned!

    I'm glad to be back online after 4 years....somewhat. i was given an Xbox 360 S and my concern is i'm wondering how can i tell whether my model is the 4GB flash memory or not? because I've seen the gloss finish models and i cant tell witch one has it? does
    anyone know?

    I would need to complete model number, but my guess for you it would be that you have to enable it on the porch, and at the game may not support 120 Hz on the series S. Can you please tell us which game specifically you’re trying to run, and which port on the TV and your Xbox is plugged into, as well as the complete model number of the TV

    Xbox one powers on then immediately shuts down. The system is new and my kids have hardly touched it.

    There could be a couple of different things at play here; for example, faulty power supply, insufficient power, electrical outlet issue, etc. Before we start though can you tell us which model of Xbox One console you guys have; an original model or an Xbox
    One S / X?

    Also, is the power cord plugged into a power bar / surge protector or directly into the wall?
