    How can I tell if I'm using a parent account?


    So I just got my new Xbox today. It asked me to set up a parent account, so I did that. But now I forgot which account was the parent account. Is there any way I can check if the account I'm using is my normal account or my parent account? I hope it's my
    normal because I just opened up "The Mexican" from my first crate

    Tell him to stop? If he is using your information on his XBOX without your consent, whether you're family or not, it's theft.

    If it's a family account, I'm not sure -- as I do not have one and am not familiar with the options available.

    Cancel your credit card. Report it stolen. Get a new number. Don't give it to your son.

    There is no way to graduate a Microsoft account to an adult. What can be done is go into the

    privacy and online settings     from the adult account and change the settings. Give it a shot and keep us posted!

    When I try to upgrade my account to gold membership, it takes me to the new terms of use and asks for my parental account to accept. It gives me a login that does not show me my parental account email. How can I find my parental account email address?
    If I had it I'm sure I'd know the security question and be able to reset the password.

    The Principal account you want to remove from the parental account is the same?

    If not, with the parental account you must take of that account (or at least disable the parental filter in his config menu.

    I'm not used in this Kind of problems I had to tell you, I had some issues with another costumer about the Family Package, but yours is more a detail about who is in charge of who account, and not the one you play the most.
