How can I talk to a real Xbox agent?

with support or requesting a call back. If you don't see those options, change your topic.

Somehow game pass was charged to my account and i would like a refund. And it canceled.

Actually, that is a Phone Number that
does not work anymore. The only way to make a call to Xbox Support
is to fill out a call back form online. Once that has been submitted a call back will be made to the customer.

Here are the steps when making a call:

Step 1 ----Select Xbox One

Step 2 ----Select See other options

Step 3 ----Select topic (Ex. System Update)

Step 4 ----Select "Show contact options"

Step 5 ----Select request a call from support
