How can I stop someone who is signing in from another Xbox One?

So, basically, this has been happening to me since a month ago. I was playing a game of Fortnite and suddenly
[Mod Removed] someone signs in into my account, and I'm starting to get really tired and annoyed of it, this keeps happening to me everyday but I don't know what to do, I already set a passkey but I don't know how, this hacker keeps signing
in to my account again. I need some help please.

as well.

I would add that it is also a good idea to go to your Microsoft Account and look into your Trusted Devices, removing any that you do not recognize, to avoid conflicts as well, especially if you've signed your profile into several places.To
remove a device, sign in to account.microsoft.com/devices, select
Manage device limits, then select
Remove for any of the devices you want to remove.
