    How can I stop others from taking my points from my games I play?


    I have a problem with my sons friends taking my points on my account and using them on me to buy things I don't want.

    He had just over 600000 points by playing for 5 months, and they got into his account and spent them on his profile without his permission.

    Is there anything I can do to stop this, or get the points back for him, he does know there profile names for the game they play and how they got his profile name and password.

    How can I stop my xbox 360 from Freezing up?

    I have a 250GB xbox 360 E and I've always had it put Horizontally and on a desk since I bought it 2 years ago.However, my xbox sometimes runs really slow and at random times it freezes up,toHow can I stop others from taking my points from my games I play? o_On the other hand,it's not the first time it freezes up. In fact,
    it's froozen up before,whereas I don't know what the problem is. when it freezes up,I don't receive an error message.it just freezes up and stops responding and won't let me go to the dashboard,either.Whenever it happens, I always have to turn it off and on
    in order to continue playing

    as I mentioned earlier,it only happens at random times.

    Do you think it may be a Hardware or software issue?

    Please guys I need your help,any opinion or advice will be really appreciated.

    Should I buy a new one?

    None of those seem to work, the game can start but it just crashes when it loads any of my recent saves only. One save let's me pause the game but after it crashes if I go back to the game itself
