    How can i speak to a support team without using automated chats


    Hello i am trying to reach a support team through phone because using automated chats and filling out forms are going nowhere.

    i recently have been locked out of my other xbox account with recovery emails that i nolonger have access to. no matter what i do. i cannot get it recovered and wont allow me to speak to a representative. its very agitating that a 10+ year customer cannot even get a hold of a representative and in limbo of not accessing my account.

    You can request a call from the Xbox Support team Contact us | Xbox Support, you can also reach out to the Microsoft Support team here and request to speak to an agent Contact Us - Microsoft Support.
    thank you for the reply. i have tried this numerous times and it does not work. it makes me sign in, which i cannot. leaves me in an endless loop of filling out forms and speaking to an automated robot, but does not give me access to assist me over the phone.

    You can request a call from the Xbox Support team Contact us | Xbox Support, you can also reach out to the Microsoft Support team here and request to speak to an agent Contact Us - Microsoft Support.

    However, please be aware that the recovery form is the only method to recover your account, and support are unable to influence the decision-making process that goes into this.

    Microsoft takes your privacy and account security seriously, which is why the recovery form asks for as much information as it can. You can continue submitting new forms when you think of new information related to your Microsoft account that may help prove that you are the owner of the account.

    It definitely sounds like the radio has a problem. I believe you can set up a repair without chatting with support. You can talk to them during business hours using the same process as the automated service.

    Unfortunately all controllers have a 90 day warranty. So the website is correct.

    Enforcement.xbox.com is the only place to contact the enforcement team. They do not use these forums. They base their action on the Code of Conduct that all users agree to on sign up. Each report is investigated by a member of the team and punishment is
    handed down. It's not an automated system.
    I know it's not an automated system. It's a poorly run system separate from all other xbox teams and support. So they can do their job as poorly as possible without repercussions. There is no actual way to contact them apart from the 1 appeal you get. It
    has to be the worst managed system/team that xbox has. The seem to base their actions on how they're feeling rather than the facts or Code of Conduct.
