    I’ve been using my account for at least the last 10-15 years. ONLY on Xbox nothing else. For the first time ever when trying to login it doesn’t automatically log me in. Cool, no problem I know the password. It then tells me I need to verify this 10-15 year old account, I don’t have that phone number anymore. It’s asking me for email contacts and specific email subject lines WHEN I NEVER USED IT FOR EMAILS!!! I tried everything I could yesterday with the self help and automated service and now I’m on hold for 30+ minutes because I had to call billing support to speak to a human!! She tried to transfer me and nobody answered. This is extremely frustrating as over the years I’ve spend THOUSANDS on this account and I want it back!!

    I don't really know what website that is, i only know the ascr one account.live.com/ascr
    however, when you try to log in to your xbox, you should put an email and a password, and you should be able to log in, is that correct?

    No it tells me that my outlook needs to be verified. And whenever I go to outlook and enter the email and password I’m prompted to enter all of this information some that I don’t have access to.

    Those questions seem to be just basic questions, you should try your best answering those questions. I have no other solution since I'm just a member like you, if you want to contact the Microsoft Support team at https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/home/contact?SourceApp=smc2&ContactUsExperienceEntryPointAssetId=login.live.com Type your issue "Account Recovery" then press on "Contact Support" then go to others then Manage Account Security. Also if you cannot have access to your outlook Microsoft account, then how did you make this post here? Did you make a new account?

    I'm here trying to help you.
    Just to let you know. I'm a normal member not a staff or anything like that. And a staff would have a lot more knowledge. I'm just trying to help.

    That account of course had an email, right? I believe you could make it send a code to the email and then you type in that code so you could log back in. And as far as I know, if you type the password it should automatically log in without any problems. If a screenshot or a photo of the problem is available, that would help a lot.

    I'm sorry if I was not able to provide enough help.
