How can i sign out without having my Xbox?

So i just got rid of my xbox 360 but i forgot to sign out before i sold it. How do i sign out without being on the xbox?

Disconnecting Xbox one from my account

if I disconnect my account from my Xbox one and change password word and sign out, will I be able to play my digital downloaded games on my Xbox one without being signed in to the account? If not how can I stop the games from working without having my account
signed in

 

One thing I REALLY hope works when the Xbox One launches...

Since I want to continue to play BLOPS/2, MW1/2, etc. online after I get my XB1, I hope they figure out how we can sign in and out of either console without having to keep downloading our profiles.

Example: I'm playing Forza 5, and when I'm done, I want to play BLOPS2. Just turn my 360 on as normal and it still signs into LIVE as normal. Go back to playing FM5 and XB1 signs in normally too. Having to keep downloading the profile will eventually get
annoying.

At this point the best solution would be to visit the Profile Protection page

live.xbox.com/.../Protection and follow the guide on that page.

Additionally you may want to change your Microsoft Account Password
