How can I sign in to games

Let's try some steps to isolate the issue. Kindly open File Explorer using the Windows key + E shortcut.

In the address bar paste the following line:

%userprofile%\AppData\Local\Packages\Microsoft.XboxIdentityProvider_8wekyb3d8bbwe\AC\TokenBroker

If there are Accounts and Cache folders available make sure that you delete them. After removing the cache, try to start the Xbox app again.

Thanks for the continued help, I've already attempted to repair the xbox app and gaming services, doing so again did not seem to help. All services listed below are on my computer and working well. If there is anything you need to know before you think about providing further help I'd be happy to let you know. Apologies for this inconvenience.

Oh, not a problem at all Dovah77. I really appreciate your time on this one. If it persists, you may want to try performing a clean boot to determine whether a background program is interfering with your game or program.

Hello, Dovah77! I appreciate you trying the steps. Kindly also try to reset/ repair the Xbox app. Select Start > Settings > Apps > Apps & features. Find the App named "Gaming Services" then select the Advanced options link under the name of the app (some apps don't have this option). On the page that opens, select Reset. Do the same for Xbox app.

Please also make sure all Xbox services are running:

Press Windows button and type Services

On Services App from the list of results, press right-click and run it as administrator

Scroll to the bottom and find the following services:

IP Helper

Xbox Live Auth Manager

Xbox Live Game Save

Xbox Live Networking Service

Gaming Services
