how can i share my games and all achievements with my kids?

I apologize but the achievements are linked to the account itself and we can't transfer or share them on a different account.

all purchased pc games can be shared with other members, i have all my windows store games shared on all my kids pc's

(Most of my achievements are on my really old family-shared xbox live account, that I dont use anymore, but my family does)

incorrect, you can share access to gamepass pc games quite easily on pc, i do this all the time for my kids and on their pc's too.

each if my two kids have their own accounts as family members already set up. What they want to do is use the online gaming features of xbox live under their own profiles on their own consoles. If they are part of my microsoft family group and i set my personal
console as the hime console do they share ALL gamepass ultimate features (inclusive of live features) on their own profiles in their own consoles?

if not how can this be achieved?’
