How can I share games with my family on the same Xbox?

I agree that there is room for improvement in the current family sharing system. My Idea would be a true "Home" sharing setup, where all Xboxes on the same home network could share 1 gold account. They could even limit that to maybe 1 gold account can
share with up to 4 Xboxes on the same local network. That would solve most family account issues, and still be controlled enough to limit the abuse of the program.

The other way they could handle it would be similar to how Microsoft runs Office 365. With my 365 account I can have up to 5 running instances of Office at once, and I can designate family members to share my 365 account with. If Live Gold used that same
system, then you could add your family to the account the same way. 365 is $99 a year, where Live Gold is $60, so maybe up the "family shared" version of Live Gold to $99 a year, where a single use account is still $60?

I would also like a Microsoft "Super" account that would give me Office 365, Xbox Gamepass, and Live Gold under one Subscription...

LOL. All this online check in and drm and you believe they will just look the other way. They will put rules in place for family share. You think what you want, but don't be surprised when Microsoft cracks down on people abusing the share with family functionality.
I am guessing all Xbox's will have to be in the same home, all sharing the same IP. 24 hour check ins remember.

Its nothing like the family sharing feature. Its accessing the digitally downloaded games that you own, on any console that you log in on. Just like we do now on the xbox 360, except you are able to play befor the whole game has downloaded. I cant remember
where i read it, but im certain the Xbox One does the same!

Family sharing was a joke. What good is it if you can't play the game at the same time. Family sharing = 1 console playing at a time. Not buy 1 game and have all 4 consoles in you house playing together. Are you going to wait 2 weeks for cousin Jim to beat
Halo5 so he can share it with you? Not me I want to play it ONLINE on the day of LAUNCH with my FAMILY. Not possible w/ family sharing. People are so uneducated.
