How can i see when i installed a free game on my xbox?

You unfortunately can not see the free games history. The only "proof" you would be able to provide is your game library

I want to know this as i lost my roblox account and they said i need to provide proof of when i downloaded it.

You can view the installation date of a game on your Xbox by following these steps:

1. Press the Xbox button on your controller to open the guide.
   
2. Navigate to the "My games & apps" tab, which is the icon that looks like a game controller.
   
3. Select "See all" to view all your installed games.
   
4. Locate the game you want to check and press the "Menu" button on your controller (the button with three horizontal lines).
   
5. Select "Manage game & add-ons" from the context menu.
   
6. On the left-hand side of the screen, select "Installed".
   
7. The installation date of the game should be listed next to "Installed on" under the game's name.
   

You can check http://commerce.microsoft.com to see when it was bought possibly, but there's no way to see when you actually installed it or started playing.
