I've been trying to find the details of my mic ban, but I can't find it?

This was on Xbox with out modifying any settings. However, after trying to see if I was chat banned, I discovered that the issue is that by default, my open mic sensitivity was set to 100, blocking out any and all noise from the mic.

How can I see my mic ban?
