How can I see linked accounts on my XBOX or Microsoft account?

A few months ago, my Activision account got hacked and the email was changed. They are saying to create a new account and link all my accounts to the new account (steam, XBOX, Playstation, etc) and if it's all valid, then I can get my account back. So, I am trying to link my XBOX account and it's saying that there is already an Activision account linked to my XBOX (the hacked account) and to log into that account and unlink it - which I can't do because it was hacked and the email was changed so I don't even know what to put in. When I go into MyCallOfDuty account and try to link it that way, it's saying "There is a Call Of Duty account already linked to this XBOX device, please unlink it to link your new account". I have COD open and I can't seem to find anywhere to unlink the COD account from my XBOX and start fresh. Is there ANY way to see what accounts are linked to my XBOX (or Microsoft) so I can unlink them? I have been looking for hours! Please help!

Thank you for sharing your concern here in Xbox Community Forum and we hope that all is well other than your account issue.

When you see this error message, it means that the PSN™ ID you're attempting to link from is already connected with a Microsoft Account. This error message tells you which Microsoft account the PSN™ ID is connected to. The solution is to sign in with the correct listed account. For example, in the image, you would sign in with the account MyOtherMSAccount where that “other account” is your other account name.

You may see all the apps and services that are connected to your Microsoft Account by logging in, clicking "Privacy" at the top, scrolling down to "Apps & Services," and then clicking the link that says "Apps and services that can access your data." From there, you should search for the particular app or game that is giving you problems. Choose the game link then click "Edit," you can take that permission away from your account. When you run a game in example, Minecraft on the PS4, it should prompt you to re-establish that connection, after which you can add the appropriate account.
