how can I save minecraft to my hard drive,

I have a new xbox and how can I get a hard drive with my save data on it is there's anyway

Thanks BrakoVonCruel. Basically the drive already failed once and we lost all my daughter's minecraft, skylanders and other saved games.

Do you know what gets saved when you have a live account?

And what I was trying to figure out was how to save a copy of all the files on the hard drive...

How do I make sure we never lose anything (by having a backup somewhere).

You can delete all of your saved game information on the hard drive. If you were playing the game online (i.e. connected to Xbox Live), the next time you boot up Minecraft, it will sync your saves from the Cloud to your hard drive. I guess that's worth
a shot.

That is a good suggestion, but when I go into my hard drive it does not show that there is a profile there, just my old game saves. A last case senerio would be to wipe my hard drive, but I do not want to do that until I can get my game saves off of the
hard drive. But I cannot do that until I log into my profile. But if nothing else works I will have to end up deleteing my game saves and the hard work that I put into them. And sorry to sound like a noob, but how do I delete my system cache anyway?
