How can I retrieve my microsoft account after it got deleted?

I miss my minecraft account and my microsoft account. Please help. I got it terminated after a few weeks of hastling

If it was already deleted then you cant. It's gone for good.

I went through the support line and gave me the dumbest explanation ever for the deletion of my account. They deleted it, so that the hacker couldn't further use it. are they **** stupid? Isn't the whole point of support to give the person hacked help? no, let's just **** them over. They even said directly, that they knew someone hacked it, but won't give it back so that the hacker couldn't use it anymore. what kind of **** up logic is that? Why can't the user just change all the info, so the hackers can't further use it. I think I will even side with the hackers now. They know how **** retarded microsoft is and use it to their advantage.

a. Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

2. Click on Sign in

3. Choose sign in options

4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.

One thing to note is that microsoft account support sent me an email saying your security info was added/deleted to microsoft acc and with that below there was a random email given which dint belong to me so it could be indicating the email it was moved to or done by so with that email can the info be retrieved and access to the account taken back after which i can provide my account ownership proof and the account given back to me? I have that email id that was given in that mail and can provide it to microsoft for investigation and retrieval
