How to set up family account for multiple users?

Hello, we are new users and new to the XBox platform.

1. How do we set up a family account with multiple members, so the family member can just select their profile and begin playing? It asks for a password every time.

2. How do we install the games so that every family member can play it? The games begin to launch, but then say "the member who installed the game must sign in".

If we have to wipe everything and start over, I think we can do that.

Black Ops II

you all do know that their is a rest all stats and it derank you and making you start over when you Prestiged but it gives you 3 choose 1 you can start over and rest all stats 2 you get a refund of anything you want like you can unlock somthing that you
want like ghost and 3 you unlock a new custom class slot but you have to pick one keep anybody away from that rest buttion but anyway that must happen just keep anybody that don't know what their doing away from the game next time be careful hope this help.
