    How can i request a controller replacement?


    My Elite series 2 controller is under warranty and the left thumbstick won't register upwards movement correctly. I've filled in a form and received an e-mail saying i'd receive a secondary e-mail with further instructions ( I haven't ). I've also gone through
    the online service but as soon as i get to the last page of payment / confirmation it just reloads or kicks me out and i have to sign in again.

    It also seems impossible to get in contact with any real xbox customer service staff. So how do i go about actually getting my broken controller replaced?
