    How can I replace my dead power supply ?


    Hello,

    I've had an issue with my power supply, it doesn't power my Xbox anymore and so I would like to replace it, I've searched and could not find one on the internet but I've discovered that I could get one through the Xbox Online Service Center, the only issue
    is that every time I try to order one it fails, is there any way I can get a new power supply ?

    can I ask for replacement of power supply because 220V compatibility?

    my new console can not work in my country, because here is 220V but my power supply is 110V

    So can I ask for after-sale service to replace it with an compatible power supply ？

    Im my case Microsoft troubleshoot my dead xbox as a failed power supply. No idea when I will get a replacement.

    Ok, I googled a little bit more, and found how to determine the error code, by pressing the sync and ejec button.

    My error code is 0001, which apparently, means "power supply problem". However, they already have told me over the phone that I have to send the console because that's what is damaged. WTF do I do?! I guess I'm stuck with the support phone, until they recognise
    that my problem is not the console but the power supply...

    As I already said, I tried everything listed there: unplug all the wires and reattach them, try on a different outlet, etc. With the same result: when I turn it on again, the led is green for just a second, and then it goes back to orange.
