How can I remove someone as my Xbox parent?

If your Microsoft account is marked as child, at the moment, the only way to remove yourself from a family group without asking the parent account to do it is by waiting until your account reaches the adult age.

There is no setting to see how long someone has been playing per say - but you can set a timer for long they can play.
