    I had a similar issue when cancelling my EA Play subscription. I tried to cancel it when I realised I was charged already, but the I checked again today and I was charged again (twice now) for EA play even though I already paid for it and then cancelled. How can I get my refund

    First, welcome to the Xbox community. Unfortunately, nothing can be transferred between accounts, I believe you will have to ask for a refund, however, did you purchase an Xbox game pass ultimate or a separate EA PLAY subscription?

    Was the purchase made on PC or Xbox? According to EA the subscription to its separate service cannot be refunded as stated in the article below.
