    How can I refund Cyberpunk 2077?


    I already tried and they denied it but now Microsoft is finally coming around and offering full refunds for the game. I'm locked out of my refund option though since it was previously denied.

    Tengo el mismo problema,pedi el reembolso y me lo denegaron.

    Ahora microsoft lo devuelve a todo el mundo y no puedo pedir el reembolso porque me sale denegado.

    Just commenting here to let you know the same thing happened to me ,

    denied and then the next day they announce refunds but i cannot submit one because I previously denied.

    hopefully we get a resolution

    My refund was approved - however I still haven't received my money 2 weeks later.

    I appreciate the response. How long would you say is a reasonable waiting period if we're being conservative?

    I've previously refunded Cyberpunk 2077 and my money was returned in the same week.
