    I accidentally bought Battlefield 1 anbd i dont know how to refund it.I could really use some help.

    Apologies, but if you made an accidental purchase, you can consult with Xbox Phone Support by calling 1-800-469-9269 (US & Canada) and you MIGHT receive a refund. I do believe they have a one time accidental refund policy if I'm not mistaken.

    Refunding reward points?

    I do not think they refund microsoft rewards points for accidental sweepstake entries. I am sorry but good luck on the sweepstake
