Refunds for Digital games

It clearly states "no refunds" when you buy a digital game but obviously if the game is broken then you can get a refund or you can cancel a digital pre order.

As it states no refunds how exactly are Microsoft thieving?

It's when you start to abuse the refund system that you get a ban but the whole refund thing is a bit of a grey area.

Sorry you are having issues with the game. If you purchased this digital then you can go to Request an Xbox Digital
product refund to learn how to submit a refund request.

You can fill out out the digital refund form and once it has been refunded you can then repurchase using the correct payment source.

i think you can't get a reufund for that sorry :S, but you can also try to get it, try calling xbox support of your country, they usually have their number on their twitter profile
