You'll go there and log in to your account and under the redeem option you can get an Xbox giftcard that will automatically be credited to your account. After that it's off to buy whatever you want!

if you mean
Microsoft Reward Points then simply click on the
Redeem link and select Xbox Gift Card

you will get an email with the code which you can use in the Xbox Store to add the funds to your account wallet.

once you have done that you can choose to use the funds in your account to purchase things from the Xbox Store.

if you prefer to purchase online through the Microsoft Store get a Microsoft Gift Card instead

Yes, the codes are unique and can only be redeemed once. That's why it's recommended that you buy all Rock Band games new, so as you don't have any problems redeeming the codes to export the songs for future Rock Band games. =]

They are not, the controllers won’t work if they were, and the likelyhood of them being reissued is nil
