How can i recover old account info? I am being charged and don't even use that old account!...

To recover an account the only option is through the recovery form (https://account.live.com/acsr) in case you do not remember any information such as your email address, I am afraid that it will not be possible to recover the account. . Now, regarding being charged monthly, there are 2 solutions, the first is to contact Xbox Support directly to see if they can give you some help and cancel this monthly charge from your card.

Thanks so much! The bank said they would have to completely cancel my card which is not an option. I believe this is a fraudulent charge and that somehow someone has hacked my son's account. I will try the recovery thing.

The automated system decided I did not have enough information and I have no way of getting it unless you happen to have a spare ouija board I can borrow

But I do have physical proof like old ID cards and maybe a Death certificate if a human would be able to verify my situation as I have no way of getting the information I do not have like card numbers or last three emails sent
